ORDERING UNIFORM ITEMS
Q: Can I order school uniforms throughout the school year?
A: Yes, you can. However, if you are ordering items in late spring for the current school year, please indicate that you want your order filled immediately. This will avoid having your order treated as one for the upcoming school year, which would mean a delivery date in August.
Q: What should I do if I need to order a uniform item, but I don't know which size is appropriate.
A: The easiest thing to do is to come to our store to try on a sample of the uniform item(s) you wish to purchase. If you are unable to do that, then you should provide your measurements. We will provide fitting assistance over the telephone, but please remember that they can only accept your order by fax, e-mail or regular mail.
Q: Why do I need to order my uniform items for the upcoming school year by the end of June in order to guarantee that I will have my uniform by school opening in September?
A: All Triangulum Uniforms customers naturally want assurance that they will receive their uniforms in time for school opening in September. Therefore, to give us the best chance to fill orders promptly, we ask all our customers to submit their orders by the end of June. This gives us the longest lead time possible should any problems arise with the production of the uniforms. Triangulum Uniforms usually delivers the uniforms to the customers in August, leaving enough time for exchanges to be made, if required.
It is understandable that Triangulum Uniforms resources are challenged when processing orders placed in late August and early September, which is our busiest time of the year.

Q: How do I pay for my purchases through regular mail, email/fax?
A: Once your order as been received and process our customer service dept will contact you to make payments arrangements via master card, visa or check.
Q: How do Triangulum Uniforms handle items that need to be returned?
A: Triangulum Uniforms will accept within 90 days any returns that has not been worn, damaged, altered, decorated, labeled or discontinued items ( final sales ).
